  3. JAMAICA - Passport (or original birth certificate and photo ID),
  4. onward/return ticket and proof of sufficient funds required.  (Photo ID is
  5. not required for U.S. citizens under 16  using birth certificate.)  Tourist
  6. card issued on arrival for stay up to 6 months; must be returned to
  7. immigration authorities on departure.  For business or study, visa must be
  8. obtained in advance, no charge.  Departure tax $15 paid at airport.  Check
